Sign in to each mailbox with its provider's official sign-in window. Connect one mailbox for free, or up to five with Pro: work, personal, side projects.
Open your AI chat
A small Synclaps button appears on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek and Mistral. Click it to see your latest emails from all connected mailboxes, or search across all of them.
Insert with one click

Questions
Does Synclaps read my emails on its servers?
No. The extension fetches your recent emails directly from your mail provider inside your browser and stores them only there. Sign-in to Gmail and Outlook also happens entirely in your browser — your mailbox tokens never reach our servers. Our server is used for one thing only: checking your license.
What exactly gets inserted into my chat?
The full email — subject, sender, recipients, date and body text — for each email you select. Attachments are never included.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
No. Synclaps works with whatever AI account you're signed into — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek or Mistral, free or paid. Your AI account and your mailboxes are completely independent.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes. After you subscribe you get a license key. Enter the same key in Synclaps on each of your computers.
What happens when the Pro trial ends?
Your Pro subscription starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then go back to the free plan with one mailbox.
Is Outlook supported?
Yes. Synclaps works with Gmail and Outlook (Outlook.com, Hotmail and Microsoft 365) accounts, and you can mix them in one list.
